While listening to The Coaching Habit, the end talks about the authors “Top Shelf” books - the work that has an impact, the work that has meaning and the work that makes a difference. It had me thinking about the books that have had an impact on me. Some of these books took a perspective that instantly annoyed me or went in a direction I was not expecting and by the end had given me another way of understanding that topic; an understanding of how other people may see the world. In my opinion, that type of insight is invaluable and they are scattered throughout my Top Shelf Books.
